In the seminar Virtual Leadership
- you will learn effective methods to keep in touch with your team and to perform your leadership tasks even at a distance
- you will develop approaches to solutions for making your own leadership work effective in virtual teams as well
- you will experience how a constructive, empathic, authentic exchange between employees becomes possible
- you will learn how efficient and productive cooperation becomes possible in a virtual-hybrid context
- we discuss which meetings and tasks you can carry out virtually and which you would be better off doing “analog”.
Didactic elements:
- Simulation of leadership situations (e.g. remote performance review, remote criticism review, remote conflict resolution)
- Processing of cases

You will learn a practical, easy-to-use approach that takes into account both the social aspects and the technical handling. So that you and your team can feel: Physical distance does not mean social distance!

- Module 1: Tools and possibilities for virtual collaboration
- Module 2: Achieving motivation, delegation, commitment over distance
- Module 3: Decision making, communication & project culture virtual
- Module 4: Vision and goal development, trust-based collaboration
